1. When will I get my order?

For orders received before 1pm weekdays, we aim to despatch the same day. We use an overnight service, so for most of NZ, you will get your order the next weekday. Woohoo! Sometimes things don't go exactly to plan and we do need a bit more time though. International shipping times vary. Find more information on our shipping here

2. The product I want is out of stock! When will it be available?

Due to production limitations we don't restock out of stock products, but you can usually find what you need with one of our awesome stockists! Check them out here

3. Can I return my order? 

Absolutely! We know that shopping online can sometimes come with a few surprises, and do offer easy returns and exchanges. Find out more and read our return policy here. 

4. What is your sizing like? I'm unsure which size to get. 

We always recommend to follow our size chart, and if your child is in between sizes to go for the size up. Find our size chart here, plus you can even see all of our actual jacket dimensions here, so you can compare to your items at home. 

5. Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we have options available for corporate discounts, team discounts, wholesale options, and also kindergarten/school rates. Please get in touch at hello@therm.co.nz to discuss further!

6. How do I add the Splash Pant to my order at $19.99?

Make sure you have a jacket in your cart already. Then open your cart (click the cart symbol, then 'view cart'), in the cart page there will be a box showing option for the pant at $19.99. 

7. Do you offer layby?

Yes! We have Afterpay and Laybuy available Just select the Laybuy option at checkout. You will need to be signed up with one of these providers already. More details at www.afterpay.com or www.laybuy.com
