BRAND REP TERMS & CONDITIONS

By accepting to rep Therm you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions below:

 

The Contract Period
The Brand Rep will be involved for a period of approximately 3 months. (Starting from product delivery Mid March until June 30, 2020)

 

What’s Involved As A Brand Rep

– Having a public and active Instagram account. 

– Genuine love, support, and enthusiasm for the products and brand shown in comments on Therm's instagram posts.

– One purchase (1 Jacket and 1 Splash Pant) per child from our 2020 collection, at 60% off using your unique rep discount code. If you wish to purchase more than 1 item/outfit for your child, or wish to make another purchase later in the season, please discuss directly with Stacey prior to purchasing. 

- It is not a requirement to also purchase the pants (up to you) - our main focus is the jacket. 

– Promoting the brand on your own social media through photography of your little one wearing their Therm gear. We require a minimum of 4 posts and 4 stories per item purchased, over the course of the contract. Please make sure all photos are clear and of high quality. 

– Promoting and sharing any company announcements such as promotions, contests, launches.

– Therm reserves the right to use any and all photographs on all social media accounts, promotional flyers and all advertisements.

What The Brand Rep Gets In Return

– A unique 60% off coupon code to be used by only you. The code is valid until April 1st, 2020. 

– Exposure on Therm social media channels. We will tag and promote your account on all reposted posts and stories. 

 

End Contract
Use of the discount code provided is automatic indication that you agree to all terms and conditions. We have the right to withdraw you from the contract at anytime, without question, if we find you are not abiding to all the terms and conditions.
